A short course for people who have never typed into an AI tool, or tried once and closed the tab. No jargon, no prerequisites, and no quiz you can fail. You try things as you go: open a tool, type one real thing, read what comes back. Covers what these tools actually are, two habits worth building and one trap to avoid, and what to know about privacy before you share anything. Includes a quick-reference card and six copy-ready prompts. Five lessons, about 30 minutes total.
